NEW SKIPS EASY TO MANOEUVRE
A new range of self-tipping skips — ideal for collecting general waste from vegetable
packhouses, farmyards, factory floors, workshops and building sites — is being introduced
by Tong Engineering, of Spilsby, Lincolnshire.
The skips fit most fork lifts and have the benefit of entry points on three sides, making them
easy to manoeuvre in awkward areas. A single lever action discharges the load and the skip
returns to position automatically.
The standard models have a one or two tonne capacity. Special sizes can be made to order,
including heavy duty ones for industrial use and stainless steel versions for the food industry.
The skips are priced from £375 ex works.
