Standard width of our rear entry infeed hoppers is 2.9m. 

Belts are supported on Renold heavy duty 4" pitch roller side chains with a breaking capacity of 15000lb.

Belts are 1200mm wide and are thick reinforced rubber (not thin pvc) with vulcanised vee cleats to assist the emptying of the hopper and to prevent crop slippage on the belt.

12.5 x 18 wheels and removable drawbar are fitted.

Hopper back rubber is adjustable in height to accomodate different height trailers.

Belt top drive shaft is driven from both sides to give a positive and robust drive system necessary when working in tough conditions.

The drive motor has an inverter to give optimum speed control.

A crop flow senser is an optional extra to give automatic speed changing to the hopper belt depending on the depth of the crop.

Variable speed via an inverter gives the ideal belt speed for the job.
